A security deposit is required for all items.  You will be advised of the amount when your order is confirmed. This will be returned to the customer at the end of his/her rental period upon the return of the goods in a complete and undamaged condition.  The customer will be given a separate receipt for the deposit as it is not part of the payment for the hired items. If an item is damaged beyond repair then it will be necessary to charge the current market value. Please allow a few minutes for the items to be checked upon collection. You will be supplied with an itinerary to help you identify all items on hire.  Especially useful with toys!

Whilst all items are regularly safety checked, the items are hired and used at your own risk and should be checked for safety occasionally by yourself. Particularly if hiring for a long period of time. I (the owner) do not accept any liability for any damage or injury caused by any of the items on hire. Please feel free to reject any item that you are not happy with at the time of hire. For any subsequent problems with any of the products whilst on hire, then please contact me.  The products should be used as intended by the manufacturers.

It is the responsibility of the person hiring a car seat to fit it correctly into their car. Full instructions for fitting will be given with the seat.

Instructions for use will be given with any other item that requires them.

Items should be paid for via cash on delivery, PayPal or by bank transfer. A receipt will be given. If you pay electronically then you will receive confirmation via e-mail before the start of the hire period. If you paid in advance and your travel plans change, you will be reimbursed in full providing that I am notified 48 hours before   the start of hire. However, there will be a 50% charge for cancellation after this time.

If you agree to and accept these conditions then you will be asked to sign and date a copy of the above when the goods are delivered.
